Demi Lovato Hits Perez's Pre-VMA Party in a Sexy LBD

All prettied up for the awards show weekend festivities, Demi Lovato was arm-in-arm with a gal pal while making her way into The Wiltern in Los Angeles on Saturday night (August 27).
The "Skyscraper" singer looked stunning in a snug n' sexy LBD as she was on-hand for Perez Hilton's "One Night" pre-VMAs party.
The outing comes as Miss Lovato recently chatted with MTV about her excitement over watching Britney Spears receive her special tribute during Sunday night's (August 28) VMA ceremony.
"Who isn't a Britney Spears fan?" Demi asked, adding, "My favorite Britney Spears song is 'I Wanna Go,' 'cause it's the latest song that she has and I love it."
Also noting why she feels Miss Spears is deserving of the honor, the 19-year-old told, "'Cause she's the ultimate pop star; nobody can touch her. She's been around for such a long time now and she's the epitome of pop. So when I think of pop music, I think of her."

“The shoot was twelve hours in the wasteland and it was both bodily and mentally tough. Every time they said ‘cut’ on the set, I would break down and cry because this song is so individual.”

Well on her way to making a comeback after personal issues dealt her career a bit of a setback, Demi Lovato's brand new single "Skyscraper" has made its way to the web.

Of her first release since spending time in an Illinois treatment facility, the "Camp Rock" star tweeted, "This isn't just a single or a song to me. This represents the strength of an incredibly difficult journey I've been on that will hopefully provide the faith and inspiration to others going through the hardest issues of their own. #STAYSTRONG #SKYSCAPER."

Continuing to offer insight to her new tune via her Seventeen blog, Demi penned, “I am still on a personal journey dealing with my own issues each and every day, but the best advice I can give to anyone going through a rough patch is to never be afraid to ask for help. My biggest wish for this song is that it’s able to inspire others and urge them to keep moving forward no matter what the odds.”

Meanwhile, the sure-to-be-emotional video accompanying the song is set to premiere on E! News on Wednesday (July 13) at 7pm ET alongside an interview with Ryan Seacrest before its Thursday release on Vevo.

In an meeting with Seventeen.com, Selena Gomez opens up regarding her relationship with Justin Bieber and why she'll forever love Demi Lovato.

"I'm 18, and I'm going away to fall in love," she says in reference to Bieber, 17. "I'm going away to hang out with public, and I'm going to look at myself, and I'm satisfactory with that."

The two teenager stars claimed to be just good associates for the first more than a few months of their relationship; then they were dotted holding hands at Vanity Fair's Oscars' after-party in February. Afterwards, in an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show in March, Gomez lastly admitted she was dating the teen hero.
