Australia 'holy man' arrested for black the unexplained sex crimes


A "holy man" who lured girl into having sex with him to free themselves of black magic curses they deliberation would cause death in their families was Friday locked up in Australia for at least 15 years, AFP reports.

Tony Golossian, 63, seen by some in Sydney's Greek the people as a holy man who could converse with angels, was sentenced for 24 offences linking to the rapes of two women after being originate guilty last December.



Co-accused Arthur Psichogios, 41, was jailed for at least 12 years and his wife Frances Psichogios, 38, who was convicted over the drugging and assault of one victim, was sent to prison for five years.

The charges narrate to two victims who were told black magic curses had been located on them and were forced into sex "prayer sessions" to open themselves.

The judge said the exciting harm caused to both women was "substantial", Australian Associated Press reported.

She said the first injured party, who suffered a "terrible ordeal" over four and a half years, had been "unkindly manipulated into strange behavior" and in result "brainwashed".

The offender all controlled their innocence.

The sentencing took place in a Sydney court enclosed by riot police after the officer in accuse of the case was attacked, supposedly by a family member of one of the defendants, subsequent the conviction inquiry.
